Just less than TWO days til our LIVE adventure begins. JOYFUEL Rising!!!! Please check out the rest of this site and see if this speaks and sparks to you. It would be my blessing to share this journey with you and welcome you to the Joyfuel adventure.

WHAT IS JOYFUeL?

JOYFUeL invites  you to consider a multitude of different things you can do to activate your JOY.

JOYFUeL is not a lecture series, nor does it profess all the answers.

JOYFUeL poses questions and ideas intended to help reveal habits, patterns or thoughts that leak the JOY from our daily experience.

JOYFUeL is for ADULTS to be enjoyed alone or shared with a friend.

JOYFUeL is for CHILDREN probably most engaging for kiddos ages 8 and up– to promote awareness of the power we all have to consciously choose activities that become part of our daily routines.

Dear Human,

How are you? How much JOY is in your being, right now? On a scale of 1 to 10, where is your Joyfuel tank gauge? (1 being fumes, 10 being your tank floweth over.) Take a moment … think about it. Feel around it.

No matter where you sense your JOY to be, I believe you and I BOTH have a greater capacity for JOY, much deeper and greater JOY than we are typically aware of.

It is this very thought that has fueled me–driven me like a doolally loo–to create Joyfuel, an ecourse filled with the possibility of joy exploration…a journey to the heights of our JOY potential, using creativity, kindness, nature, awareness and … well …  of course JOY!

Would you like to go on this adventure to find greater JOY in simple being alive? Yes? Well, please do consider yourself personally invited to JOYFUEL. (an ecourse a la my heart and soul because it had to be born!)

In this homeplay adventure (aka ecourse) I’ll share ideas, thoughts, stories, a few interviews, ooooh and my heartwork with you… all with the intention to inspire you to consider your JOY and what we might be able to do to stoke our Joy flames to greater heights.
